Supplier watermarks
What the "Supplier watermark" tag on Review means, and what to do about it.

Some suppliers lay their name or logo over their product photos. Launch Desk checks each photo when it fetches a product and tags those with Supplier watermark on Review. Text or logos printed on the product or its packaging don’t count.
A watermarked photo shows the supplier’s name to your shoppers. Your options:
- Untick it so it isn’t uploaded. Launch Desk already prefers a clean photo for style images and videos when there is one.
- Use your own photo: add the product By hand with your photos.
- Keep it, if the supplier is happy for its name to show.
Launch Desk never removes a watermark itself: it’s the supplier’s mark on their photo. AI images and videos never copy a watermark onto your product.
