Why we built Launch Desk
Launch Desk was shaped on real launch days with our first customers, like DrCollectible, a collectibles store on Shopify. Every new wave of figures needed listings, photos and posts before pre-orders closed, and no single tool did all of it while keeping the product exactly as it is. So we built one.
What started as a pipeline for one store became Launch Desk: one app that takes a product from a link or a photo to a finished listing, studio images, short videos and social posts. It was approved on the Shopify App Store in October 2026.
What we believe
- The product stays real. AI should present your product, not reinvent it.
- People approve, AI assists. Nothing is uploaded or posted without the store's confirmation.
- Honest about AI. When an AI service says no, we tell you why; we label AI content where platforms ask.
- Experts on call. Not everyone wants to learn a new tool, so our team can do the work for you.
