Use your own video, or skip the video
Upload a video you made yourself instead of an AI video, or post the style image without a video.

Steps
Upload your own
On Video scripts (skip the script) or Videos (Upload my own video instead), choose Upload your video. It shows the upload’s progress, then ✓ Video uploaded, ready for the post. Replace video swaps it for another.
Your video is used like a made one: in the post, on your product page and in Watch & Shop.
Skip the video
Press Skip video: post the style image. The post uses the style image only. Add a video brings it back.
To skip videos for every batch, switch off the Video scripts and Videos steps in Settings › Steps.
Tips and limits
TipYour own videos aren't labeled as AI on your store.
LimitMP4 or MOV, vertical (9:16).
If something goes wrong
That file isn't a video. Choose an MP4 or MOV.
Export the video as MP4 or MOV and upload it again.
Upload failed: the connection dropped. Try again.
Check your connection and upload again; large files take longer.
