Make videos (Lite and Advanced)
Turn style images into short videos: choose Lite or Advanced, the length and quality, then check the result and redo it if needed.
On this page
Before you start
- Anyone on your store's team can do this.
- Plans: Growth and Pro (Starter and Basic: upload your own video). Credits: Product videos: Lite 1 video credit, Advanced 4. Avatar videos: Lite 1, Advanced 2. Growth includes 20 videos and 5 avatar videos a month; Pro 30 and 10.
Steps

- On Videos, choose the Model: Lite (lower cost) or Advanced (cinematic), smoother motion and more cinematic.
- Choose the Length and Quality (720p or 480p). The card shows how many credits it uses.
- Press Generate video and confirm. Lite takes up to about 2 minutes, Advanced 3; avatar videos about 3. You can leave the page meanwhile.
- Watch it. ✓ Product check: the product looks unchanged means the check found no change; ⚠ Check this video before posting lists what may have changed.
Redo
Press Redo video and, if you like, write What should change in the next version? (like “slower camera”). Points the product check found are fixed in the script automatically. For a video made in scenes, Make again can redo only the flagged scene or one scene you pick (1 credit) while the others stay.
Every version is listed with a Download link; the one marked in the post is used. After the third redo, a video can’t be tried again: copy its script to make it elsewhere and upload it, or post the style image.
Redo with Advanced is offered when a Lite video’s motion isn’t smooth or an avatar video has glitches.

The video service declined this video.
The product may show a character, brand or artwork it won't animate, or the script or picture goes against its rules. Simplify the script's wording, upload your own video, or skip the video for this image. Nothing is charged for a declined video.
This video has used its redos.
Copy the script to make the video elsewhere and upload it, or skip the video and post the style image.
That's 10 video attempts in the last 24 hours, the most for one day.
Try again tomorrow, or upload your own video.
