What Launch Desk never touches
Your customers and your orders. It collects nothing from shoppers.
What it keeps
- From your store: its name, address, country, currency, language, time zone and logo; your collections, tags, vendors, product types, sales channels and stock locations; the products it creates. The connection to your store is encrypted.
- About your team: names, emails and roles, sign-ins, and an activity log (with approximate location and device) that owners can see on Activity.
- What you add: your settings, products and photos, the supplier pages it reads, and what it makes for you.
- Social accounts: the accounts you connect (their access is encrypted) and the posts it publishes. Profile figures are read when shown, not stored.
What it never does
Your data isn’t sold, isn’t used for advertising, and isn’t used to train AI.
Who it’s shared with
Only what’s needed to do the job: Shopify; the AI services that write your copy and make your images, voices and videos (their business terms don’t allow training on it); the social platforms you choose to post to; and our hosting provider. The Privacy Policy lists them.
Security
Everything travels over HTTPS, connections and tokens are encrypted, each store sees only its own data, and only owners change settings, billing and the team. Launch Desk uses essential cookies only, no advertising or analytics cookies.
