History, Activity and batch summaries
Find any batch, pick up where you left off, see what each batch made, and who did what in your store.

Before you start
- Anyone on your store's team can do this.
- Plans: All plans. Credits: None.
History
Every batch of new products and posts, newest first, grouped by Today, Yesterday, This week and so on.
- Search by product or batch name, and filter by status (In progress, Live, Finished) or type (New products, Posts).
- Each batch shows its progress (like “5 of 9 steps · Next: Videos”), and tags for scheduled, published or failed posts.
- Continue goes to its next step; click the row for its Summary.
- ⋯ › Delete batch removes it from Launch Desk. Products stay in your Shopify store.
Batch summary
Everything a batch made, step by step: products (with View in store), style images, scripts, videos and posts, each with its state. From here you can redo images, copy captions and scripts, or open Publish to change a post’s time.
Activity
Who did what, and when: sign-ins, products, images, videos, posts, settings and more. Filter by period, area and person, or tick Problems only. Owners also see where people signed in from, and can Download CSV.
Tips and limits
LimitHistory shows the latest 50 batches.
LimitActivity: staff see only their own actions. The CSV download and IP addresses are for owners.
