Credit packs and auto top-up
Add credit for bigger months; extras are paid from it first. Optional auto top-up.

Before you start
- You need to be the store's owner in Launch Desk (staff can't do this).
- Plan & billing
- Plans: Starter, Basic, Growth and Pro (not during a free trial). Credits: Packs of $50, $100, $250 or $500.
Steps
- In Plan & billing, under Credit, choose a pack and add it. The credit is there straight away and is charged on your next Shopify bill.
- Extras beyond your plan are then paid from the credit first.
- Auto top-up: when the credit is down to 10% of the pack, or can’t cover an extra, the same pack is added again. Each top-up is on your next Shopify bill.
Credit statement (in Plan & billing) lists every top-up, pack and charge.
Tips and limits
LimitCredit packs are limited to $500 a month for now. Contact us if you need more.
LimitAuto top-up adds credit at most 3 times a month.
LimitCredit isn't refundable, and it doesn't expire while Launch Desk is installed.
